Sustena Foods/The Ridge provides local delivery and designated pickup options. Available delivery areas, pickup locations, fees, and scheduled fulfillment dates are shown during ordering or checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the correct address, contact information, and any necessary access instructions.

Because our products are perishable, orders should be refrigerated promptly after delivery or pickup. Once an order has been delivered to the address provided or picked up by the customer, responsibility for timely retrieval and proper storage passes to the customer.

Sustena Foods/The Ridge is not responsible for spoilage or loss resulting from an incorrect address, inaccessible delivery location, delayed retrieval, missed pickup, or improper storage after delivery or pickup.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, road conditions, order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
